What is the Seedcamp?
Seedcamp Dublin will be taking place from the 30th April – 1st May, this will be a two-day event aimed at connecting the 20 best web-tech, mobile and software talent with some of the leading entrepreneurs, developers, experts and investors from all across Europe and all over the world.
We will be bringing together 20 of Europe’s best seed stage tech start-ups with experienced entrepreneurs, investors and developers from across Europe and all over the world to participate in a two days of intense mentoring, panel discussions, a tech tour and presentations.
We back world-class entrepreneurs before their success is known to others. We don’t focus on any one sector and we look to our founders and network to help identify Europe’s next big talent. With some of the largest raises in Europe, acquisitions by major companies and $3bn valuations, our startups go onto achieve great things.
Providing the first $75,000 investment and a three-month program to support the growth of a $10m business is not good enough anymore, thinks Seedcamp. Breakout success is all about scale and getting the $200,000, $2M, and $20M of investment that will help build a $1B business.
Seedcamp’s Fund IV strategy includes an increase in capital it will invest in startups at pre-seed and seed stages along with a significant amount of money held back for follow-on rounds up to Series B and approval to invest in crypto tokens. Founders will continue to benefit from Seedcamp’s platform that includes access to its global network, in-house team of operators, experts in residence and venture partners and a lifelong community of support.
