What is the ReferHer programme?
Through the ReferHer initiative, Vista is inviting women-owned small businesses to apply to be part of an exclusive networking dinner that kicks off “ReferHer” and also nominate a fellow female small business owner from their community to join them. 50 applicants will be selected, 10 per country, along with their plus one, for a total of 100 globally. The ReferHer programme is offered in five (5) territories, in partnership with women-led co-working spaces including The Jane Club (LA), Mona by My Little Paris (Paris), AllBright (London), Make Lemonade (Toronto) and One Roof (Sydney). Each woman business owner will be empowered to the programme and can invite a guest (another woman small business owner) to this event.
Those selected will receive:
- A seat at an exclusive networking dinner in their country of residence, along with their +1
- IFW annual membership
- A Vista package of design and marketing resources
- Memberships/resources from the co-working space in her respective market for her and her +1
- Two selected winners in each country will be granted £10,000 towards their business, which will be announced at the dinner
Ten women in each territory who apply will be selected to attend an exclusive dinner co-hosted by Vista, IFundWomen and women entrepreneurs. Attendees will receive access to resources and tools to help their businesses succeed, including Vista services, memberships to IFundWomen, access to the women-only co-working space in her respective market and the opportunity to win a monetary grant.
The “ReferHer” program will kick off with an exclusive networking dinner that selected women-owned small businesses will be part of across five co-working spaces across the globe.
