The Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme

The Prince Trust Enterprise Programme can be a great source of business funding for young entrepreneurs. Here’s how The Prince Trust Enterprise Programme works… If you are aged between 18-30, living in the UK and either unemployed or working fewer than 16 hours a week, you could be eligible to receive support from the Prince’s Trust.

The programme begins with an information session and an interactive workshop and then provides support from an experienced business mentor for up to 2 years once the business is up and running.

In addition, the Enterprise Programme also offers the chance to apply for a low-interest start-up loan and, in special circumstances, a small business grant.

The main objective of the Prince Trust Enterprise Programme is for you to:

Start your own business – Got a business in mind or want to explore an idea? From training and mentoring support to funding and resources, we’re here to help you become the best entrepreneur you can be.

Find a job – Work with top employers businesses who are ready to hire fresh talent, while improving your CV and interview techniques. You will meet new people and learn what it takes to get your foot in the door. Some courses include a trial shift with potential job offers available at the end.

Build confidence – Meet new people, gain new skills and train on our 12-week Team programme.

Perhaps you have a business idea you’d like to pursue, but aren’t really sure where to start? Or you might have already begun trading, but need some additional financial support or advice from a qualified business mentor. If that sounds like you, The Prince’s Trust might be able to help you start your business.
